One who is deceived would not be deceived if he were aware of the deception.
to The Church of God Proclaimed website. My purpose is to proclaim the true church that Christ revealed. I keep it short and to the point, leaving scripture to speak for it's self, without the confusion of man-made doctrines and traditions, if your relying on someone to explain scripture to you instead of reading it for your self, your most likely not getting the truth!
All religions contain some truth, other wise the errors by themselves would stand out. Thus it is the followers requirement to search out such errors and adjust ones life accordingly. And how does one do that? Always read through your Bible from front to back first, making notes, or writing down questions, AFTER you have finished. Most of your questions will be answered by the time you have finished reading, this also prevents you from being mislead by others. Focus on those things that matter spiritually, leaving other subjects for when you have first grounded yourself in salvational issues. When one searches with a pure heart, the spirit of the Lord enters into them, to guide them in their search for the truth. Remain watchful, for there are many who will not be happy until they have convinced others to follow in their own errors.
I hope you will take the time to browse the website, and that you will find my simple and direct scriptural research a blessing.
The Bible contains:
The mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, and the doom of
sinners. It's doctrines are holy, and it's precepts are binding, and it's
histories are true.
To read it is to be wise, to believe in it is to be safe, and to live it is to
be holy.

"Enter you in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it" (Mt 7:13 - 14).
The first road is broad because it is not restricted by Bible principles governing morality and everyday living.
